About this center
AJ Recycling Solutions buys and sells ferrous and nonferrous scrap metal, post-industrial plastic, and baled old corrugated cardboard from its Macomb recycling center on Milano Drive. The company has run commercial and industrial scrap programs for nearly 20 years, with its corporate headquarters and a second public center in Imlay City.
The Macomb yard is open to the public Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and on the second and fourth Saturdays from 8:00 AM to noon. It refuses automobiles, post-consumer plastic, and loose cardboard. Industrial customers get roll-off boxes, self-dumping hoppers, and gaylord boxes, trucking by roll-off, dump, flatbed, and van trailer, and on-site alloy analysis with a handheld spectrometer.
