The City of Bartlesville's recycling center, located at 840 SW 10th Street, is currently closed. The California-based operator Replenysh, which had run the city-owned facility since 2021, ended its arrangement with the City in May 2025; the City is researching potential replacement services. Separately, the City's Public Works department continues to provide weekly residential refuse collection and commercial waste pickup (up to six times per week) using automated trucks and polycarts throughout Bartlesville. Yard waste collection is offered twice annually, typically in spring and fall, and residents can dispose of bulky items at Osage Landfill using the City's annual clean-up coupon.

Stealth Recycle processes cannabis green waste for Oklahoma growers, processors, dispensaries, and labs at 29 W. 7th Street in Edmond. Instead of landfilling, burning, or composting the biomass, the company ferments it with beneficial microbes and amino acids, and the end products go back into soil and grow mediums. Service comes three ways: drop-off at the facility for people holding a valid transporter agent ID card, one-time pickup, and container rental from 14-gallon drums up to a 4 yard hopper and an 8 yard roll-off. Grow media such as soil and rockwool is accepted too. Every service needs a metric manifest for compliance and 48 hours of notice. The facility holds an ODEQ solid waste permit and OMMA processor and disposal licenses.

Tulsa Indoor Dump has run as the city's drive-through transfer station since 1987, under state license TS3572037 and operated by Tulsa Recycle & Transfer, an American Waste Control company. Everything the landfill takes, the indoor dump takes: household and commercial waste, construction and demolition material, tires, mattresses and futons, and large appliances with the freon removed. Pickups, cars, SUVs, cargo vans, and small box trucks back into a five-door Dump-N-Go area, and larger loads cross the scale. Mr. Murph recycling bins at the entrance off North Peoria Avenue take paper, cardboard, plastic bottles and containers, and steel and aluminum cans. Limbs, trunks, and stumps are accepted within posted size limits, but root balls are not. Payment is by debit or credit card only, and the site refuses hazardous, industrial, and infectious waste, asbestos, batteries, and liquid paint.
