I advocate for my dad and his bills at his address and I called one day staying my name trying to pay my dad's bill and she told me I had to pay my bill at my old address before I could do anything on my dad's account! I spoke with her manager and she stated that I did not have to pay my bill in collections off before helping my add out. Can't stand her!
