Nick (1/5 stars, a year ago): Failed to pick up my trash on normal service day. Had to speak with them through the text chat. Representative stated someone would be out to service my address the next day. No one showed up to empty my trash. I noticed several of my neighbors were also not serviced. This is now day 2 and still no service. Extremely frustrating. This is the second time something like this has happened.

NativeRunner (1/5 stars, 6 years ago): Charged my small business $80 because my lid would not shut all the way. In 8 years I've never been notified. I did not know "the rules" and did not receive a warning on the charge. Was forced to up my service or pay the $80. Could have put it out as extra waste with a sticker and would have not been charged if I had been given a warning. Very disappointed in the customer service rep.
