Lindsey Farmen (2/5 stars, a month ago): The price increased dramatically the last few billing cycles. When I called to ask about the price jump they said it was their “yearly increase”. I understand increasing prices but their price is double what many other companies charge. I confirmed this asking many of my neighbors what they pay. With WM we were paying for the smallest bins and the recycling rarely was properly emptied which was an annoyance. We ended up discontinuing our service. For the price it is not worth it. I should also add after calling and setting up with another company I had a much better friendlier experience during my phone call.

Ron and Lindy Paclik (5/5 stars, a month ago): I have been with Waste Management since they purchased Heartland which had go be probably 10 years. You have kept my bill at a consistent rate since then. I was going to switch to another collection once I called your customer service and they worked with me to keep it reasonable. My wife passed away recently so any financial help is greatly appreciated!! Thank you

J M (1/5 stars, 2 months ago): I am only going to cover the most recent issues with the but there has been many over the 12 years we have had services through WM. I received an email for the previous quarterly billing that said I had to put my auto duduct information into a new payment system which I did on their site. Then they said I didn't do it right and keep sending me fees. I went in with a representative on the phone and they had me do it the same way as I previously did so it was obviously an issue with their system. They should just transfer my auto deduct information to their new system. I called to cancel and they said it would be $77 to take the bins away!!! Almost as much as the $97 I get billed!! Worst. Trash company. Ever!
