WM - Rio Rancho Hauling

great service. great communication about holidays and such affecting service. Wish they would be more gentle with the bins...one was totally destroyed and the other has a cracked lid cuz they whip those bins around. but its easy to get replacements too so no major complaints here! (would like some competition to try to bring the price down tho)

Only problem I had was they didn't pick up my trash one day due to it being on it side cause of the winds. I am disabled and couldn't go pick it up myself. Otherwise usually no complaints.

If there was another trash service I would definitely use them instead of WM. Been in my house 2 years and my trash and recycling has not been picked up on several occasions. I call to request for pick up but they NEVER do! Must be nice to not work and still get paid...
