WM - Rincon Recycling & Transfer Station

Name Is (1/5 stars, in the last week): Quick to take my money but doesn't do the service I'm paying for.. Your apology means nothing to me if nothing is done. Id appreciate it if you guys stuck to your word and pick my trash on time every week ... 4/17 it's been two week you guys cancelled my service and left your bins full of trash here. Id appreciate it if you guys came to get them. Thanks

Jim Gribble (2/5 stars, 5 months ago): WM cannot seem to pick up my trash every week as scheduled. They get the recycle weekly just fine but trash is something they cannot seem to pick up on a weekly basis. Neighbors trash is picked up once a week ours is every two weeks even though I pay for once a week. I roll our trash out to the curb weekly about 18 hours before pick up but every other week I roll a full can back to the house.

Aaron Logsdon (1/5 stars, 6 months ago): I got a representative and asked them why the charges on my bill went up. They asked to place me on hold while they look into it. Then I waited over 1hr on hold. Someone else came back to the phone and I had to explain myself from the beginning. They placed me on hold again. It was a simple billing question. I wanted to know why my service went up by $20 on the “bin charge” when I’ve had the same bins. And I wanted to have it he bill reduced back to where it was.
