Service is reliable... However sometimes the [WM] drivers are not very conscientious where they place the bins after picking up and emptying then in their truck. At times the bins are just left in very inconvenient spots and too close to the road ways

Its impossible speaking to a real. Person. Has it ever occured to yr company that pressing keys to try to reolve any issues is close to Impossible. When u guys first started your service was impeccable now its all abt AI. Let alone wasting clients time they dont have to spare.
