Racquel Williams (4/5 stars, 2 months ago): Overall WM does a great job. I own rental property and several of the cans have busted tops. It takes a long time to get cans replaced. The cans have to be left by the road while waiting for a replacement which can take several weeks. Neighbors complain to me when my tenants leave their broken cans at the road. I tried to call WM directly to see if I could bring the broken cans in to switch out but can’t get anyone on the phone.
