WM - Lake Charles Hauling & Transfer Station - Recycling Center in Lake Charles, LA

Overall WM does a great job. I own rental property and several of the cans have busted tops. It takes a long time to get cans replaced. The cans have to be left by the road while waiting for a replacement which can take several weeks. Neighbors complain to me when my tenants leave their broken cans at the road. I tried to call WM directly to see if I could bring the broken cans in to switch out but can’t get anyone on the phone.

The folks on the trucks are very helpful. Very nice and respectful. They always leave a clean area.

The WM trucks continually leak nasty and unsanitary Fluids throughout our neighborhood. I’ve had multiple calls with WM supervisors and they will not do anything about it.
