Jamie Miller (5/5 stars, a month ago): I do have to say that waste management is my top favorite trash removal company! I have had a company in the past and sometimes they missed their weekly pick up. Not with waste management! They are prompt with their time and they even care about their clients it shows! After dumping trash they put the container exactly where it was and safe away from traffic and away from my ditches. The pricing is very fair. The container is perfect. My overall experience I am not letting this trash company go! Very pleased and I have no worries weekly when I put my trash can out to the side of the road.

Jora McCoy (1/5 stars, 2 months ago): The website did not offer an option to order new trash bin for new address we called we got our trash & recycling bin set up. The following week only our recycling bin showed up not our trash bin. The trash was due the next day and we were left with no trash pick up for the week. We called them and they said to leave trash bags at the corner and that our trash bin has been delayed almost 3 weeks. We would have never found out if I never called. We left the trash bags at the corner for the following week as told and they did not pick up the trash again for the second week. We still do not have a bin or any update. We paid and will be asking for a refund for both weeks as well as for the bins. We are canceling services. Would not recommend. it has been a hassle especially moving in with the new house and trash piling up.

Angela Cooper (1/5 stars, a month ago): Trash pick up not consistent even though I have a scheduled pick up day. They don't pick up my trash then say the bin wasn't at the road even though it had been since the night before. I contact customer service and they say it'll be picked up the next day but it isn't. So frustrating to be paying for a service you aren't getting. My trash bin is full and I can't get the service I am paying for.
