WM - Grand Rapids Material Recovery Facility

doug wing (1/5 stars, a month ago): I've done business with them for 12 years. They have no respect for my property. They change their pricing whenever they want. They litter my property and then claim that i'm locked into a contract that only they can change at anytime. You can do better than waste management. I promise that.

gavdomdad (1/5 stars, 4 weeks ago): Bin delivered broken where the wheels attach. Put in a request for a new bin never got one. Changed my trash day without saying anything even the website still shows the old day. Driver has skipped my road and now they have cancelled service to my road. Cannot say I'd do business with them again thankfully there are other options in my area.

Michigan Lightning Protection (3/5 stars, 9 months ago): WM is reliable for pick up. Billing is not. Price increase without notice as to why. I should not have to call to "get a better price".
