WM - Fultondale Waste Complex

Review for Nellie Drive McCalla AL – 3/4/2025 I want to extend a big thank you to the sanitation worker who handled my route yesterday. I'm in the middle of moving and my trash can was overflowing with several extra bags placed beside it. I had planned to be there to assist when he arrived but I had to step out for a last-minute errand. When I returned I was pleasantly surprised to find that all of my trash—both inside and outside the can—had been taken. I truly appreciate him going above and beyond to ensure everything was removed. Please let him know how much I appreciate his extra effort!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with WM. My bulk item pick up was delayed for one week & two days. The customer service reps were great however each day when I called I thought the issue of them not showing up had been resolved but it wasn’t. I did not give it 1 star as I wanted to only because the customer service reps were really trying their best resolve it.

Everyone has been very helpful and nice when I needed another trashcan I had no problem and it only took a few days to get it I was very satisfied
