WM - Fort Myers Transfer Station

I want to thank Mr Thomas at the training facility in FL. My son's father is there and has said nothing but good things about him. He even was understanding when Johnathan told him about the death of my mother our son's grandmother. Our son wasn't taking it well and I let Johnathan know. He advised Mr Thomas the next day and he was there for John. Thank you for being there for him and being a trainer and person he could turn to.

Has a new employee here at waste management I was sent to Florida for training I must say the training here is top notch my instructor Shawn was very knowledgeable on every aspect of the training letting us know how to do are job the right way great guy all around it was a pleasure to meet always upbeat just a all around great instructor

Horrible!!! They dont not provide drivers with proper water. The water they provide for drivers/staff taste like chlorine. We asked Issac Butler to please bring back water bottles do to the water having a Horrible taste and he refuses this site is Horrible towards it driver/staff would have not known waste management would be so irresponsible to the safety and well being of their team. Truly disappointed
