Jason OKeefe (1/5 stars, 3 months ago): i didn’t include a summary here originally because i was sent here after giving a thorough review to the WM survey i received from WM directly. to summarize that feedback my poor rating is due to WM discontinuing the service i am required to have in my community without consulting or informing anybody and also continuing to charge a premium for that service that is not being received anymore. this happened to hundreds of residents and not just me. also on a secondary note i have several missed pickups per year and if i ever get any answer to those from WM it’s “we will get it next time. “

Devin DeKoning (3/5 stars, a year ago): Usually pretty good and run about same time every week but today. About hr earlier do missed pickup. Reasoning is because I don’t stick it out at end of drive because of wind. The direction I need to place wind faces into wind then opens then scatters trash everywhere. So today I don’t get pickup because he Was a he early. and to talk to someone is useless and when you do it’s oh well.
