WM - Ellensburg Recycling - Recycling Center in Ellensburg, WA

i didn’t include a summary here originally because i was sent here after giving a thorough review to the WM survey i received from WM directly. to summarize that feedback my poor rating is due to WM discontinuing the service i am required to have in my community without consulting or informing anybody and also continuing to charge a premium for that service that is not being received anymore. this happened to hundreds of residents and not just me. also on a secondary note i have several missed pickups per year and if i ever get any answer to those from WM it’s “we will get it next time. “

Usually pretty good and run about same time every week but today. About hr earlier do missed pickup. Reasoning is because I don’t stick it out at end of drive because of wind. The direction I need to place wind faces into wind then opens then scatters trash everywhere. So today I don’t get pickup because he Was a he early. and to talk to someone is useless and when you do it’s oh well.

Very limited recycling options. Impossible to contact via phone. Huge disconnect between corporate headquarters and local operations.
