WM - Eagle Valley Landfill

LJ Mac (1/5 stars, 2 months ago): Worst customer service. Worst service period. A service WE pay for and yet will go 3 to 4 weeks without any trash pick up. After 4 x communication and you cannot SPEAK to anyone only live chat repeatedly being told garbage MUST be in bins or won’t pick up. Let’s get this straight. When you haven’t picked up my overflowing bins I no longer have bins for the garbage as you are not complying with your own singular duty we pay for. They simply do not care and will abruptly just end the chat. In other words they don’t give a crap. Hauling my garbage and recycling 3 weeks in a row to the curb just to haul it back to my porch at the end of the day. but somehow that’s my problem and not WM who isn’t doing their sole job in which I pay for. This company sucks. If you have a choice RUN! I don’t. I’ve reached out to the City Supervisor for help with screenshots supplied a case to Consumers Affairs and ensured the BBB is also aware and filed. Completely unacceptable and a disgrace for Lake Orion.

Jeremy Plunkett (1/5 stars, 2 months ago): They have not picked up garbage for weeks due to weather they said even though Priority Waste has not missed a pick up on our street. Now they are saying that I have to much trash out…what am i supposed to do when you haven’t picked up the trash in weeks? They take your money in advance but then won’t pick up the trash🤷‍♂️ looks like Priority Waste is the better company!
