WM - Cleveland Recycling Center

WM does a great job. They are reliable and the drivers are very nice and professional. They let me pay once per year and always match the town hauler rate. Their trucks are clean and well maintained. I’ll be a loyal customer.

Decent service delivered dirty cans. I understand it’s for trash and recycling. But the recycling bin had trash from the previous owner in it that wasn’t recyclable. They said they would charge us $50 to deliver a different can when we asked about it. Idk how hard it is to spray out cans or even use a machine to do it… but they should consider it.

Great experience! Easy to reserve on their website and communications are sent afterwards via email. However an ETA was not given so I contacted online chat and was given an ETA for delivery. I contacted online chat again to request afternoon pickup and was told they would try and we did have an afternoon pickup. I would use WM again for a dumpster.
