WM - Autumn Hills Landfill

Very dissatisfied with the Waste Management cancellation process. The woman was rude when I questioned the 90 day cancellation policy that was not very clear when I signed up and on top of that they also wanted to charge me outrageous dumpster pickup fees. Do not recommend there are plenty of other local companies out there that will treat you right!!

The account rep is good professional and always willing to help. The issue is with the drivers missed pickups and a knack by the company to nickle and dime you by charging you overage fees.

READ BEFORE YOU GO!! There is a reason there are NO prices on their website and it shows in their reviews. They are 3 to 4 times higher than everyone else. $120 for a standard pickup truck load. I was going to work in GR and dropped at Richmond Street Transfer for a mere $30. Don't waste your gas or hard earned $$$$ with these guys.
