Visitors bringing ferrous scrap metal that sticks to a magnet are instructed to turn onto Colorado Ave, proceed to the truck scale where a Greeter will guide them, and then drop their material between the Lime Green Posts. For non-ferrous scrap metal that does not stick to a magnet, visitors should enter the warehouse, get their material weighed by an employee, and then cash it in at the front office with a Scale Operator. The center is open Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm and closed on Saturdays.

Herman Rabe (1/5 stars, a month ago): Drove an hour to take some scrap in and was told they wouldn’t take it without a title. This on a Monday. Called the Friday beforehand to get confirmation that they WOULD take it and was given the green light. If your taking any part of an automobile in to scrap play it safe and take it with title or dismantles paper (you can get the dismantlers paper from a sheriff’s deputy) so your trip is not for nothing.

Jason (1/5 stars, a year ago): Absolutely the worst customer service I've experienced. Two days in a row we have dropped off loads of metal and gave been completely ignored while trying to get someone too help us unload with a fork lift. Despite calls to the front desk asking the staff at the weight station no one would help us. If you want to feel like you don't matter as a customer then this is a the place to go.
