Epic Fail! Zero stars. Waste Pro took over the Sarasota County waste contract on April 1 2025. It’s been TWO WEEKS since our garbage or recycling was picked up — the last collection was March 24 2025. Calls to both the company and the county have gone absolutely nowhere and we’re now stuck with stinking piles of rotting garbage. Unacceptable. DO BETTER. DO YOUR JOB. ** 4/8/25 @ 5p - The dumpsters were emptied this afternoon. Enclosure doors were left wide open. As SM's reply states our scheduled collection day is Tuesday. APRIL 1 2025 WAS A TUESDAY. Garbage was not collected. One star review. Poor communication and poor customer service.

Already dropping stuff all over when they pick up trash no better than waste management. As a matter of fact the three garbage cans I had at the end of the road for the past 15 years waste management picked up with no issues. This company comes out drops you off one Can steals your other garbage cans Then tells you you have to call to order more if you need more cans then you call and they want seven dollars more per Can per pick up. Joke of a company another way to rip off The residence of Sarasota. 🤮 just another greedy contract the county signed.

Unsatisfied with the switch from Waste Management. We missed Thursday pick when I called I was told we would get a 24hr pick up and that failed. It is now the next pick up date and that was missed as well but our neighboring business was collected. 6 calls 3 emails and still not solution as of yet.
