Carrie Chambers (1/5 stars, a week ago): Terrible trash truck driver. I have had the best drivers before. My one today sucked. I had taken a rosemary bush out of my front yard. All of it didn't fit in my bin. They emptied it. I filled it again and put it across the street so they could pick it up again when they did the other ones. He didn't pick it up. Who does that? It's literally a bush dude just throw it away for me. Geez. Shady AF.

No indications on my bill why. Just more money for the same service each day. Tried calling and waited on hold for over 15 mins and gave up. Tried contacting via email. Still awaiting response. If you want customers you shouldn't increase rates each month and expect people not to go to a competitor
