Kevin Barland (1/5 stars, 2 months ago): No real complaints the first 6 years I've lived at this address occasional missed can but nothing I cared about. The last month on the other hand I've had 4 issues. They've missed one of my two garbage cans twice. (I pay for 2 garbage cans since I travel for work and I'm not home some garbage days). The dates they missed the one can were 12/24 and 1/7. I contacted Gena on 1/8 said they would be back on Friday 1/10 to get it. Guess what they never showed on that Friday. Contacted Gena again and got no answer why my garbage wasn't picked up. Asked about a bill credit or anything she ignored that. Fast forward to yesterday (1/22) and they missed me and my neighbors (all garbage cans). Contacted Gena - and it was like starting all over. Said they would be back this Friday. That's pretty unacceptable - given just a block south of us their garbage day is today just send the driver North a block. Plus I have my doubts they'll be coming back Friday - given their track record. Just drove thru the neighborhood southwest of 62nd and 2300 E and you missed at least 60+ houses. But I'm sure it's our fault somehow. I'm involved with the Chamber and City Council. I think I'll have them review this contract just have them read these reviews. Pretty unbelievable crappy service for a utility. **Edit to add*** Weird a cut and paste reply from you guys! I have called and left a message no return call.

Lissa (1/5 stars, 2 months ago): When the truck driver wasn't able to place cans back onto the street where they're supposed to go for the third consecutive week we called to report the issue. Unfortunately the individual who is responsible for fielding those types of calls seems to be too busy doing nothing to do anything useful about our concerns.

This week they did show up but they raced through the neighborhood and didn't hold the cans over the truck long enough to dump everything out so it went all over the road. Attached is an image from before I left to show it was not overflowing or anything and an image of what I came home to.
