There is a very simple solution to your negative reviews. Change your posted hours to close at 4 not 5 if you are going to turn everyone away at 4.

we showed up 45 minutes before they closed with a truck full of cans and bottles and they denied service so they could close early and clean . i said dude we have almost a full hour before y’all close he replied with yeah we’re tired so we’re closing early to clean so we can leave at closing .. never been back since

Owner was a crook one of his employees told me when he was hired that he would make good money if he played dirty. Weigh your bags before taking them here for sure!!! Busnessis like this need to be shut down forever!
