I get a notification that they got a new explorer added to inventory so communicating back and forth with Lindsey and Emi who both went the extra mile for me. Not worth your time at all. I went here for a master power window switch listed at 17 dollars on their site. First person I talked to quoted me 90 dollars “because the car was in the premium lot.” and wouldn’t let me check to see if it worked. Along with that the service was horrible wouldn’t answer questions insanely rude and no desire to give an ounce of effort. I ended up having to go back another day to find a different employee to negotiate the price with only reason I went back was out of necessity because I was selling the car that day. Seriously just go somewhere else.

I have used this yard since 2008 on and off for various parts harder to find on restoring old cars and since then it has gotten worse and worse to the point I despise going there anymore. $2 dollars to walk and find out they don't have what you need and no refunds. Website catalog isn't accurate. Prices are a joke on used crap. Their premium parts yard is a joke and pointless. The last thing is the workers that treat you like an idiot and don't care. Junk yard dogs. Stay away from this yard unless you like getting screwed.
