Chade Franklin (1/5 stars, a year ago): The customer service is terrible. we pull up and they don’t say anything. We asked some that was smoking where to dump our grill at and he just refused to respond. We park and then he immediately starts pulling the grill out of our tuck and scratches up the tailgate and never said a word. Will never go back.
