Frequently asked questions

What recycled concrete products does Transcor sell?

Transcor sells FDOT-certified road base, standard road base, #57 concrete, concrete fines, riprap sized to order, and ballast.

Does Transcor Recycling offer roll-off service?

Yes. Its site lists roll-off services and a roll-off request form.

Is this facility listed in Florida’s recovered-materials dealer directory?

Florida DEP's Certified Recovered Materials Dealers page links a contact list labeled "Updated Sept 2025" that includes Transcor Recycling at 1921 North 53rd Street, Tampa. The member is recorded as Transcor. The list was retrieved 2026-10-30; it does not give a certificate number or expiration date, so it is evidence of that directory entry rather than a current license verification.

What Florida DEP facility record is associated with this address?

Florida DEP WACS records TRANSCOR RECYCLING as facility 105776, with facility status "Active" and a recorded status date of 2018-10-29. The DEP office is not specified. Retrieved 2026-10-30; the WACS facility ID is a database identifier and is not itself a permit number.

What waste-program activities does Florida DEP record here?

The WACS records for TRANSCOR RECYCLING (105776) list: undefined; RECOVERED MATERIALS PROCESSING FACILITY (RMPF) — Active. Retrieved 2026-10-30. These are source activity classifications and statuses; they do not establish that every activity is open to public customers or that every associated material is accepted.

What OSHA inspection-case history is recorded for this location?

The DOL/OSHA national download dated 2026-10-30 links 1 inspection-case record to this establishment’s normalized name and physical street, city and state. Recorded cases: Case 346432867, recorded establishment TRANSCOR RECYCLING LLC, opened 2023-01-12; source type Referral; source scope Partial; case-closed date 2023-06-26. Report: https://www.osha.gov/ords/imis/establishment.inspection_detail?id=346432867 An inspection-case record does not itself establish a citation, accident outcome or current safety rating; some scopes can be records-only or no inspection. Historical records may concern prior operators. Checked 2026-10-31.

What historical OSHA citations and recorded corrections are linked to these cases?

The matched cases contain 2 reviewed citation entries in the 2026-10-30 source download. Entries with unclear deletion flags were withheld. Recorded entries: Case 346432867, citation 01001, issued 2023-03-24; cited standard code 19100147 C04 I; source classification Serious; source final-order date 2023-04-11; source abatement status source code 2; abatement due date 2023-05-11; source adjusted/current assessed penalty $3,750. Report: https://www.osha.gov/ords/imis/establishment.inspection_detail?id=346432867 Case 346432867, citation 01002, issued 2023-03-24; cited standard code 19100147 F01 II; source classification Serious; source final-order date 2023-04-11; source abatement status source code 2; abatement due date 2023-05-11; source adjusted/current assessed penalty $3,750. Report: https://www.osha.gov/ords/imis/establishment.inspection_detail?id=346432867 An abatement due date is a deadline, not a completion date. Citation classifications and historical records are not a present-day safety finding. A blank final-order date does not establish whether a matter remains open. Assessed amounts are not an outstanding balance or proof of payment.

What penalty-assessment changes does this OSHA history report?

The 2026-10-30 download provides distinct initial and adjusted/current assessment fields. Examples: case 346432867, citation 01001, issued 2023-03-24: initial assessment $6,250, source adjusted/current assessment $3,750, source final-order date 2023-04-11. Report: https://www.osha.gov/ords/imis/establishment.inspection_detail?id=346432867 These values are the agency’s recorded citation-level assessments as of the source snapshot. They are not payments, a balance due or the establishment’s sales. No amounts were summed across citations, inspections or other enforcement systems.

What establishment employee counts appear in the historical OSHA records?

DOL’s inspection dataset defines this field as the number of employees in the establishment. Positive values in this location’s matched case records include: case 346432867, opened 2023-01-12: 11 reported establishment employees. Case: https://www.osha.gov/ords/imis/establishment.inspection_detail?id=346432867 These are historical case-associated values in the 2026-10-30 download, not current staffing, an annual average or a company-wide headcount. The file does not supply a separate employee-count measurement date. Values are not summed or averaged and should not be used to determine legal size thresholds.
