Terry Smith (5/5 stars, a year ago): Picking up cardboard...also called waste connections....From FTPK get on 441 south...turn left taft vineyard rd. Turn left recycle center rd. Turn left W. 7th street..can stop at office for directions. Or go straight. Will pass loading docks on right. Turn right. Go all around the big building. Get on outbound scale to weigh in your empty . Lady at scale tell you what to do. Friendly folks.

Sometimes my husband and I hear the truck on the street and we go outside just to speak and wave to Norma! Her pleasant demeanor makes our day!

Chris Stadler (5/5 stars, 3 years ago): Far too often reviews are done for negative experiences. This time it is all positive. Norma is fantastic. She is always there with a waive and a smile. She also makes sure to give my trash bin a few extra shakes. Very much appreciated. I have also seen where a bin is overflowing and instead of leaving it there she has gotten out of her truck to make sure everything is picked up. She is amazing and I hope she is here for a very long time!
