Norma is our pick up driver and we love to see her! She is so happy all the time and is always so pleasant. She picks up with a smile and is so friendly. Sometimes my husband and I hear the truck on the street and we go outside just to speak and wave to Norma! Her pleasant demeanor makes our day!

Far too often reviews are done for negative experiences. This time it is all positive. Norma is fantastic. She is always there with a waive and a smile. She also makes sure to give my trash bin a few extra shakes. Very much appreciated. I have also seen where a bin is overflowing and instead of leaving it there she has gotten out of her truck to make sure everything is picked up. She is amazing and I hope she is here for a very long time!
