First off the customer service is amazing! I dealt with Lisa and she was so sweet! She understood how important it was to have good battery health for my kids iPads! When I described my issue she immediately said oh no ship it back! All I had to do was pay to ship it. And they replaced it. This company honors their refurbished equipment and it’s really appreciated! I highly recommend.

I called looking to recycle my unused computer equipment. I was told that there was (minimal) compensation for my items so I figured I would choose this place of business. After dropping off my items I was told that I would be contacted once my payment was available. I never received a phone call back. I had previously spoke with Lisa but after a few weeks of calling and leaving messages she stopped responding to me. It was a very weird scenario but I will not use them again to recycle my unused products. Honesty is key.
