The wait the days they are closed charging you for recycling ♻️ 😒 this is why more people have been dumping material and garbage in the woods and camp grounds. Garbage dumping is free in Idaho.

Okay so its usually okay when I go in there staff is usually prompt and fairly quick getting people through. Not today! a different older woman was working and was astoundingly slow. The line of cars was stretching out of the pull in and down the road by the time I got in. Just having people pull on to the scale and ask if they had wood or metal was taking 5-7 minutes per car and there would be long periods in between cars waiting for the light to turn green for the next car to pull up. So if you want to take literally an hour to sit in your car waiting in line this is the perfect spot if not use the extra gas and drive to the north transfer station

Always friendly and well run. They keep it safe clean and the dumping fees are very reasonable. Great place to go if your dog tells you that you can drive it's truck if you'll take it to the dump with you (I wouldn't suggest letting the dog drive. Us locals are pretty much OK with it but it freaks out tha tourists. 😁)
