Renee Baker (1/5 stars, 2 weeks ago): I canceled my service in February. We moved 1500 miles away but they keep charging me for service. I've called several times. Once I actually got to talk to a person and they assured me my account would be canceled. Then the next month comes and they charge me for service again. I'm going to have to report them to my credit card company if this keeps happening. I tried calling again but couldn't get through. Probably other former customers trying to cancel their account and getting charged for no service. There's a reason why they keep getting bad reviews.

MDC (1/5 stars, 2 weeks ago): SW Disposal is our only garbage pickup option in Dona Ana County - it is a necessity and the monthly fee just keeps increasing with no explanation as to why. We don’t even produce a lot of trash and don’t put our bin out every week. I’ve called and emailed the company and got no replies to my emails and was told by the agent on the phone they had no idea why the fee kept increasing and there was no one I could talk to about it just email. So how high is monthly garbage pick up going to go??? It’s almost $25 a month now a $10 increase from where it started just 5 years ago. These unchecked increases for necessities are ridiculous. There has to be a less costly and accountable way to deal with trash pickup and disposal.

Shawntae Caldwell (1/5 stars, a week ago): the person who picks up the phone Antonette or something like that she forgets she works ANSWERING CALLS for the TRASH and since she’s unsupervised she talks to people like she owns the place just rude and unprofessional she should get a job that’s not customer service since she’s clearly not a people’s person. closed my account. Glad I don’t work there lol but someone that does should listen to her calls no wonder so many bad reviews with her name mentioned.
