Dale Black (1/5 stars, a month ago): I weighed my scrap items before I left home. When they put my stuff on their scale their scale was 30lbs lighter . When I asked about it . They told me that if I did not like it to go somewhere else . And they didn't pay me for my battery . Stay away. I was their today . My you kept my battery and didn't pay me correctly. Don't worry I'll never be back

Lindsay Vee (2/5 stars, 3 months ago): The facility is clean easy to navigate and functions smoothly BUT the rules are relatively strict (who assistance is provided to what materials are accepted) and not communicated well (the rules were scribbled and partially smudged/erased on a dry-erase board I wasn't greeted/directed by anyone no one except the clerk said anything to me). I was also paid way UNDER (less than $1.00/lb) the current rate for aluminum because I literally had a few tin cans mixed into my aluminum cans which is what they used to justify paying a lower rate. I don't know if this is right but something feels icky about their operations at this facility. BEWARE of how you sort your recycling if you're visiting this facility which I will NOT be returning to. I would rather drive 20 min further to Girard to get better service and a fair price.

Nicole Politsky (5/5 stars, 6 months ago): These guys are fantastic. They answered the phone when I called ahead were polite and so nice. I needed a place to recycle a dehumidifier - was able to bring my kids and stay in the car since this is a drive thru - so convenient !! Polite and efficient 10/10 recommend.
