Kyle R Baker (1/5 stars, 7 months ago): *UPDATE. So we called the company and asked why our trash wasn't being picked up and they stated our account was closed due to lack of payment. But they also showed we had a credit on the account for the exact amount as the payment. So our payment was never applied and they simply closed the account. Lady on the phone said it was our responsibility to make sure they processed our payment. Which we did. Asked "so if we never called what was supposed to happen to that credit on the account?" No answer. Were they just hoping we'd forget and move on? After they made this correction they still asked us to bring the trash to the dump rather than send someone to pick it up. 4 weeks of trash wouldn't all fit in the can. And I'm not about to put trash in my car to drive it down. Trash not picked up multiple times. We've have to reschedule more times than not. My recyclables are never picked up. What the hell are we paying for? Containers so we can haul it off ourself? I'm seriously over this. Also they make us use a recyclable container but when they have us dump it it's mixed with the trash. What is the point of me sorting for you to just mix it up? If we don't sort it it gets denied on pick up. It's so contradicting. I feel like they're playing games with us.
