About this center

This address is SCRRRA’s proposed composting site, not a confirmed public transfer station. SCRRRA’s 2024 notice described a planned facility for food waste and wood chips at 132 Military Highway in Preston and said CT DEEP permit approval was pending. No later official operating status was located, so public intake is unconfirmed. SCRRRA’s current office contact is in Gales Ferry.
