South Transfer Station - Seattle - Recycling Center in Seattle, WA

Harassment is tolerated at this station. I come here once a month to dump cardboard for my job. All the employees are fantastic except for one person who harasses me every time I come. If it was just a one time thing I’d say he was just having a bad day but it’s EVERY time. He makes me move my vehicle to ‘adjust’ it a few feet. He’s rude when talking to me. He changes the rules about what I can dump and what I can’t. He’s asked me to take cardboard out of the station with me. He stands at the back of my vehicle right at the bumper and micromanages how I unload. He likes to move right in front of me when I have my arms full and forces me to stand there and ask him to move out of my way. This has been happening for months. And until the companies harassment polices improve I’ll be back here with another one star review until this guy is checked. Calling him out: male Asian gentleman maybe in his 50s walks with a golf club as a cane.

Very professional workplace . I love how all the workers that work here actually have patience and does not rush you into unloading your load . A place I feel comfortable coming to spend my money !

Line was very fast today employees were efficient and super nice and helpful. Only $40 to dump a whole uhaul full of garbage and household items. Will definitely be back.
