Fire the guy at midnight never in the booth when there's a line of people waiting or hire 2 personal so that way you keep the line moving. Ridiculous on a busy night where 3 boroughs dumping and semi trucks picking up materials in such a small space there's no structure or guidance. Vic the hardest working person there. Besides him this site is in shambles at night

Great place good staff extended hours. They pay decent prices for your basic metals as well. You should shop around with precious metals. Just very long wait at times.
