We drove 30 minutes for them to tell us they were closed at 3:55 online says 4:30 and they wouldn’t let us dump our trailer. This is the 2nd time this has happened. They have changed the time again and it’s not posted to let you know .

The customer service is horrible. They have a lady middle age working there very disrespectful. Rude to people and calling people rude names. Then tells you not to be a jerk in her yard. When no one was doing anything just trying to get out of people's way.

I have been coming here for years always top prices paid and the ladies in office are very nice and helpful and friendly. Guys working out back are nice too. Jody is great. Always helpful and does a great job unloading trailer of scrap with his claw machine
