Peter Nevius (5/5 stars, a year ago): Super helpful staff and very knowledgeable. When my keyboard broke; they got me the right thing right away at the right price (I got back in time for my next meeting!). I work remote and they have been super responsive even when my problem takes a bit more time to figure out. When a client needed me to have a dedicated machine with their image on it they had good prices on a quality used machine. They've helped with hard-drive replacements and memory. Thanks guys!

Jesse Floyd (1/5 stars, a year ago): I'm leaving a one star review because I just called to see if they were open (it's the holidays) and ask if they have any free equipment that they fixed available for pickup (I'd like to look for a replacement and they say they sometimes offer this on their website). The person who answered has terrible customer service did not really answer my question and rushed me off the phone. I'm gonna forget about making a trip up there and drop off my old stereo somewhere else. I'm sure they're capable of providing good service but this was a terrible interaction.

Joanne (5/5 stars, 8 months ago): Great service! They were fast and efficient! My old laptop and Kindle were recycled for free! I even got free parking out front.
