Beware if you have something in your truck bed they want they'll refuse your whole load if they don't get that too. We have hauled our scrap metal since 2021 until today and never had any major problems. But today we had a small amount of aluminum in the truck bed for Grand Forks because GF pays a lot more than Grafton and we have medical bills to pay for our daughter so every amount helps. Today they demanded the aluminum too. When they were told we were reserving it for GF because of the significantly better pay they did not offer to pay competitively. Instead they became unprofessional angry and refused to take the rest of the scrap metal they had originally agreed to take both on the phone when called ahead and right now in the scrap yard. It was nothing like we've ever experienced. They also said they will never take loads from us again after we have honored them with our business all this time. Is this professional or even good character? My message is if you want something you can't have it if it's not yours so you'll have to buy it. And if you can't be competitive in pricing then you will see families going where they can get money to provide for their families. And if you cared about your business you'd treat people right because we've referred so many people to you and now we can't in good conscience do that.
