Riverside Topsoil

Riverside Topsoil sits on the banks of the Snohomish River on Lowell-Snohomish River Road, between Everett and Snohomish, and sells topsoil, bark, rock, sand, concrete and asphalt to homeowners and contractors. Its recycling yard takes material from both groups for a dump fee: clean green yard waste, mixed yard waste, stumps and wood rounds, wood chips and sawdust, clean topsoil and mud, mixed dirt loads, cow and horse manure, and concrete with or without rebar, plus asphalt. The yard states it is not a garbage dump. Trash, treated wood and dimensional lumber are turned away, and unacceptable loads left on site draw a fine. Hours run Monday through Saturday, and delivery reaches most of Snohomish, King and Skagit counties.
