Rivera's Recycling

Woowww!!! Never been to a scrap metal recycling center before. It's easier to vote for the president of the United States then sell scrap metal. First some guy walks up to you doesn't day anything just puts an tablet in your face and takes your picture than your vehicle and license place. Then says he needs your Id. When they finish they give you a ticket to cash out where they need your ID again AND your thumb print😐 that's crazy.

The price for cans is fair @ $0.70 compared to others @ $0.55. The problem was that I weighed in over 30lbs. but they only counted 22lbs. They were dry and trash bags don't weigh much and I only had five thin drawstraps. My purple bag only weighs 3lbs. Of course when you have a complaint Noone speaks English except behind the glass. By then the scale is cleared and it's too late. I rode far for that so to me it's not worth it of they take that much off. Not that it matters much to anyone but am homeless and walk around all day picking off road and ditches.

It's was alright..i guess...yeah you do have to unload yourself sometimes...but it ain't bad...the guys do help if they see something heavy..also people complaining about scratch up SUVs...or damaged bumpers shouldn't be scrapping anyway...get a trailer..this is a Scrapyard..
