Gladys Little (5/5 stars, a month ago): Took my old laptop in to have hard drive shredded. Staff was courteous and professional. Hard drive was removed from my computer and I personally saw it shredded - free of charge! This company also sells used devices. Highly recommend!

I had wheeled one out to the parking lot when the store employee came out grabbed the dolly and wheeled it back in. He said there was something he needed to check first. He then went back the desk and said that there was an issue with the speakers and that they should not have been sold. I told him I have the receipt – they have already been paid for. He said he would refund my payment and I said that I did not want a refund and receipt states that all sales are final. He then started taking one of the speakers to the back. I tried to take the other one out but another person (manager / owner) came out and almost made me drop it ripping my shirt in the process. He then proceeded to tell me that the speakers were not priced right and that I was trying to steal from them at the price I paid for them. I told him I paid the price they had marked on them and showed him my receipt. He said he didn’t care and that they were priced incorrectly and my money would be refunded to my credit card. I asked him what he was going to do about tearing my shirt and he said I was lucky he did not beat my @$$ and he wasn’t doing anything for me. They then provided me a refund receipt and I left. I don't think touching a person or their property is appropriate. Neither is forcing someone to not take what they legally bought / paid for. Owner will respond with a story and say that I was not taking the correct speakers (even though model number matches receipt and what is on the speaker). He will also say I was stealing even though no refund receipt was provided at that time. He will also say he has security video of the event which I say - show it as it proves what happened and would also prove that the model of the speakers was correct. Definitely not good business practice (both in mistakes and how he handles them).
