Finally they show up and only take the bin LEAVING BEHIND THE OTHER BAGS THAT HAVE BEEN COLLECTING FOR A MONTH THAT THEY MISSED! Truly an awful experience from an awful company and after looking at the reviews I see why everyone else chooses Waste Management instead.

Dragonfly *1307* (5/5 stars, a month ago): Been with this company for years! Always pick up in time plenty of notifications if the weather is bad or for whatever reason they are not coming. Drivers are nice a polite and always great at answering any last minute questions if they have the answer. Thank you for keeping our home clean of trash and recyclables! :)

Paul Neville (1/5 stars, a year ago): I am in charge at a small local church in Tucson In July Republic never serviced our trash In the middle of contacting them to complain about the situation our dumpster and the surrounding area was overflowing with our trash and the trash of inconsiderate construction workers somewhere in our area. I tried changing our service from bi-weekly to weekly and they were more than happy to set that up online but still we got no service our admin person who had been talking with them almost daily on the phone told them to just cancel our service. I should add that in her daily conversations each time she was told someone would make a special trip and service our dumpster it never happened. So I looked into alternative trash companies and I found out that weekly service from Waste Management was less than bi-weekly service from Republic!! So we switched. Now it is two months later waste management has yet to pickup their dumpster. Even after they gave us the date of the last service. And as of now the last conversation with my admin a supervisor told her we have to submit cancellation in writing with a two month notice and since we will be cancelling out contract early we will owe them about $2k. We have not signed any kind of contract in at least the past 3 years since I have been here. And this is the first time in any conversation that this was mentioned. We could have submitted it in writing back in July when we told them to cancel the service!. Trying to talk to them isn't getting anywhere so I am hoping someone there pays attention to reviews and notices our problem. As of now I am only communicating to them in writing so there is proof of what they say. We have no written proof of all of the conversations from two months ago. So beware I suggest checking with Waste Management here in Tucson it is cheaper and they have been contacting me weekly to make sure their service is good and I am happy.
