Lauren Perry (1/5 stars, 2 months ago): The worst customer experience in the history of customer experiences. We have an account through our business and they have been awful to work with. They don't answer the phone they will keep you on hold for as long as humanly possible. They lie say there is a contract. We have been trying to get it cancelled for MONTHS. Honestly there has got to be a better way. We are going to cancel the card and report as fraud. If the dumpster isn't removed soon we will have it impounded.

He is polite with residents and his patience during any delay is greatly appreciated. Additionally his clear and timely communication with me as the property manager as well as with maintenance regarding any issues he encounters is invaluable. His proactive approach and reliability makes him an asset to your team.

S. Saddler (1/5 stars, 5 months ago): They screwed up my dumpster delivery (delivered early) and took it away the day we scheduled a team to come clear out at our business. And now I'm sitting on hold for 43 minutes and counting. DEFINITELY DO NOT USE THEM.
