Timothy Bird (4/5 stars, a month ago): I see mostly negative results at 1 and 2 stars. I am sure most of this may be valid. We have lives here since 2019 and had few issues with them picking up our three different kinds of waste. Only one time I say them come around the corners ( we live on a corner point ) and the driver just passed us up and picked up our neighbor and continue. I can rationalize that they would we looking at the left to be sure someone might be coming and just did not see our can out there. I called the office and they assured someone will pick it up with in 48 hours. They did what they said they would do so I am pleased.

WildWolfofDark (1/5 stars, 3 months ago): My friend hasn't had their trash picked up in two weeks despite both him and I calling last Monday and being told that it would get picked up today. I watched the security cam to see the driver take two bags of trash to the truck but leave the bins behind (up against the house but residents are disabled and unable to move the trash cans themselves hasn't been a problem until now) and drive off. What kind of service is this?

Brent Mathieu (4/5 stars, a month ago): I appreciate the trash pick up. Vehicle sped through are residential neighborhood at 8 am. Children are walking to school. People are walking dogs. I had to hurry to side.
