Recycle bin has been on the curb since Christmas. Still not picked up everytime we call it's "we're busy we'll get to it next week" didn't pick up monday called and now you'll be back out in two weeks. What's the point of paying for a bin you won't pick up everything just goes in the trash bin as you don't seem to miss that can each week. March 17.. ohh look at that.. still sitting on the curb once again not picked up. DO YOUR JOB!!

Has canceled recycling pickup 3 cycles (6 weeks) in a row. No automatic refund for failing to provide services. Sit on hold with customer service to be offered no solutions to our overflowing recycle bin.

For most customer service needs and regular pickups they were great. They will however suddenly change your rates with no notification and randomly bill you with no explanation.
