The guybat the dock is always happy with a positive actitud. Before you had to back up thru the little street. NOW YOU HAVE TO BACK UP THRU VALLEY VIEW facing NORTH. If you do south you'll have to do a blindside.

bendeko (3/5 stars, 6 months ago): TRUCK DRIVER review for pickup. not a bad place getting loaded after hitting dock.shipping was very helpful when I called for instructions. Will have to get sb traffic on valley view blvd stopped.loader does that and looks dangerous. Hint come nb on valley view for best set up to back in.some parking in area until they call.only one dock TIGHT.would advise calling first if shppr is loading.

L Ting (1/5 stars, 6 months ago): UNRELIABLE!!! We UNFORTUNATELY relied on this company for oil pickup and maintenance. They took our money but didn’t service the grease trap properly and caused an overflowing so bad that the City fined us! Even when we requested oil pickup we were assured they’d come the same day. NO ONE SHOWED UP!!! and we were told they would come that day but still NO PICKUP!!! After several days of the same promise with NO PICKUP OUR CONTAINERS BECOME FULL!!!! RenuOil DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!!!!!! NOT WORTH THE TROUBLE!!!!!!!!
