I don’t usually give five stars but this time I have to. I checked in and got a door immediately. Started loading me as soon as I dock. Easy to dock with plenty of space. They loaded me in 20 min. In and out quickly. Not sure if it’s usually like this but my experience this time is great.

Thank you for taking me 1 hour before my appointment time today. Check in/out process is now automated and straightforward. Make sure you have your delivery/pickup numbers correct. Inadequate space to park or for maneuvering a 70 ft truck and you'll likely have to move when waiting for a dock assignment.
