Angel alkaline (1/5 stars, a week ago): The trash collector has deliberately not picked up our garbage well over 10 times including today. Whomever took over the silver Street route needs to be fired already. I have video of his supervisor getting mad at him for his incompetence and he still nothing's changed. If you don't like your job you're more than welcome to get a new one

Garrett Harkins (2/5 stars, 4 months ago): It's what I would expect from a government facility. You need to retain and bring in your "actual" bill to use the service. You cannot print a copy of your bill. I was charged $5.38/40# for throwing out some Styrofoam and "shiny" cardboard boxes that you're not allowed to recycle. There was no way it was 40# probably closer to 10#. Absurd government inefficiency and fraud.

Leslie Hansen (1/5 stars, a year ago): The office people are very rude and supervisors. 3 different trash trucks went by and didn't pick up the trash. It was out and our street gets picked up about 11:00 am. The office people will not let you explain or ask questions they just talk over you. Also seems strange if your trash gets picked up on time about 11 than in the afternoon 2 trash trucks come by again. Seems like just wasting tax payers money.
