About this center
Pick-A-Part Jalopy Jungle runs a self-service salvage yard at 5501 W. State Street in Boise, one of five Idaho yards in the group alongside Nampa, Caldwell, Garden City, and Twin Falls. Customers walk the rows with their own tools and pull parts from vehicles grouped by make and model. Incoming vehicles have their fluids and hazardous materials removed before they reach the sales floor.
The group buys unwanted cars from private sellers and tows them from across the Treasure Valley and Magic Valley. Its roots go back to the 1960s on Garrity Boulevard in Nampa. The Boise yard is open seven days a week, and admission closes 30 minutes before posted closing time.
