What historical Wage and Hour Division case findings are recorded here?

DOL’s concluded-compliance-action dataset records 1 matched case for this employer name and physical address. Case 1404594, recorded trade name Pacific Tire Service, employer legal name Rodolfo Gomez dba: findings period 2003-06-07 to 2005-06-04; source case violation count 2; back wages agreed to pay $2,232.5 for 1 employees in that agreement field; civil monetary penalties assessed $0. Findings dates describe when findings occurred, not when the case opened or closed; findings can include no violation found. Agreed-to-pay and assessed amounts are not proof of payment or a current balance. No amounts or employee counts are summed across cases or statutes. DOL changed violation counting for records loaded from October 1, 2025, so those counts should not be directly compared across that cutoff. Historical employer names do not establish current ownership, legal registration or ongoing violations. Source: https://data.dol.gov/datasets/10362
