Unacceptable materials include household trash, furniture, clothing, construction materials, and vehicles. The facility charges $47.00 per ton for yard waste, $87.00 per ton for bulk tires, and $37.50 per ton for white goods. They do not accept cash, only debit and credit cards. For disposal of unaccepted materials, visitors are directed to the St. Cloud Transfer Station or can contact the Solid Waste office at 407-742-7750 for guidance.

Took our trash can and won’t answer or return phone calls. Does anyone even work here??? Tempted to do some crazy other things to get their attention. What other choice have they given?

Very poor customer service. I arrived a few minutes early and I was waved away like I was doing something wrong. They all just stood there talking to each other and the Unifirst driver who was dropping off uniforms I can only assume. Meanwhile I waited in my car like a criminal. Then 2 minutes later I drove up and the bearded man asked why I was there. I showed him the boxes and he said "You have to break those down." No kidding that's why I was trying to get over to the bin a few minutes early. Terrible customer service but then again why should they? They are a government entity after all. By the way their hours are listed wrong. It's open from 7 am to 3 pm. Also terrible hours for working professionals.
